Task:
1) Research bat characteristics. Examples of things to look for could be, but are not limited to: - where bats live, what they eat, what they look like, how their bodies help them, how they help humans, what myths are there about bats, and how do they communicate. A KWL chart will be provided for recording the information.
2) Complete a crossword puzzle to see how much you have learned about bats.
3) Research a bat species that lives in Kansas. A KWL chart will be provided for recording the information.
4) With the information you have researched in number 3, create a poster on your species of bat and give a presentation to your classmates.
